Home to the longest Main Street in the US and some of the deepest snow in the West, Island Park’s Out West Sled Fest is a bucket list must. Taking place January 18-20, Sled Fest draws snowmobilers from across the country for big drops, wild jumps and endless face shots with the sports top athletes!
Sawtelle Mountain Resort is homebase for this wild weekend of backcountry fun sponsored by the industry top brands like Boondock Nation, BIKEMAN and KLIM. Parties every night with live music and competitions by day, there’s a chance to pack in all sorts of rides and make memories that will last a lifetime. Thursday’s social opens up at Island Park’s best kept secret the Shotgun Bar. Friday is packed day of competition, dinner at the Lakeside Lodge and afterparty at Sawtelle Mountain Resort. The weekend wraps on Sunday with free rides, dinner at Connie’s Restaurant and Casino Night at Sawtelle Mountain Resort that’s topped off with a special distillery tasting.

This special spot on top of the Yellowstone Caldera can see up to 220 inches of snow each winter.
