The 1000 square foot event room (not including lobby, hallway, and rest rooms) has the ability to comfortably seat 120 guests and is ADA accessible for your signature event or kick off party. 

The in house banquet supplies include ​15 round (60-inch diameter) tables, 2 (8ft) Banquet tables, 2 (6ft) Banquet tables, 120 Padded Chairs, 2  4k Ultra HD Flat Screen TVs (55-inch) and 70" ONESCREEN for presentations/slideshows. A reliable WiFi network and state of the art surround sound system ensure that tour guides, presenters, even family members will be able to take the mic comfortably and no one in the room will miss what he has to say. 

The proximity of the venue to area hotels will make hotel shuttle arrangements easy. Teton Event Center is located in a suburban area of Idaho Falls in a quiet neighborhood off the main drag’s busyness but it’s right down the street from the I15 corridor of hotel options. Both Holiday Inn & Suites and Sleep Inn Suites are easily accessible from this upscale event space. 

There are also hotels located near EIRMC, only a short distance from the Teton Event Center. Both the Hampton Inn and the Holiday Inn & Suites near the Grand Teton Mall are only a few blocks away.
